CVISNET, in collaboration with the Cebu City LGU led by Mayor Nestor Archival, held a strategic meeting on November 17, 2025. CVISNET President Engr. Roberto A. Cabarrubias and Executive Director Mr. Jeffrey N. Llanto presented its key programs and initiatives aim to enhance e-governance, strengthen disaster response, empower youth through tech education, promote digital inclusion, and boost drone technology innovation. These include 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐞-𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 & 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 (BeST), 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (DISC), 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (BYTE), 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐞-𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 (ISLET Connect), and Japan UAS Industrial Development Association (JUIDA) partnership through 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.

The meeting underscored CVISNET's commitment to driving positive change in Cebu City through collaborative efforts with local government units.

Another meeting will be called upon by Mayor Archival for the identification of prioritized programs in partnership with CVISNET for the connectivity of communities.
