A recent meeting took place between representatives from the Department of Science and Technology - Region 7 (DOST-7), the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI), and CVISNET Foundation, Inc. to discuss the Barangay e-System and Tools (BeST) Project. With CVISNET designated as the implementing partner, this initiative promises to extend its reach across several municipalities in the province of Cebu, aiming to implement their shared goals and enhance local governance and community engagement through technology.
