On February 23, 2024, Dr. Toshikazu Sakano, Director of ATR Japan, and Mr. Jeffrey Llanto, Executive Director of CVISNET, along with their respective teams, visited the Cebu Institute of Technology University (CIT-U) to discuss the Front Line Operation System Research and Development Project (FLOS R&D Project). Engr. Bernardo Nicolas Villamor, President of CIT-U, and his team have agreed to collaborate on providing real-world use cases in academic settings and utilizing the Locally Accessible Cloud System (LACS) for disaster simulations.
