Roberto Cabarrubias and Executive Director Mr. Jeffrey Llanto, conducted a presentation before the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cordova on February 18, 2026 to introduce its proposed internet infrastructure upgrade and website development initiative. The presentation also highlighted the 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐞-𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 (𝐁𝐞𝐒𝐓), an integrated digital solution designed to enhance barangay-level governance through improved data management, streamlined administrative processes, and more responsive public service delivery

Representing LGU Cordova was Legal Consultant, Atty. Marven Pañares, whose participation underscored the local government’s commitment to advancing digital transformation initiatives.

The engagement served as an important step toward strengthening collaboration between CVISNET and the LGU, with both parties exploring opportunities to modernize connectivity, improve online public access to government services, and promote efficient, technology-driven governance for the community.
