The City of Talisay, Cebu Province approved to aquire MDRU Attache Case unit during the 1st 2016 City Development Council meeting last March 16, 2016. Mayor Johnny V. de los Reyes of Talisay City presided the meeeting and had the approval of the majority of the CDC represented by the city council and component barangays.
