After the successful Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing of the 5-year Front-Line Operation System (FLOS) Project on February 22, 2024, between ATR Japan, CVISNET, and DOST-7, another MOU signing involving FLOS stakeholders took place during the Handa Pilipinas event on July 26, 2024, at the VIP Room, Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City. Dr. Toshikazu Sakano, Director of ATR Japan, Engr. Roberto Cabarrubias, CVISNET President, Engr. Tristan Abando of DOST-7, along with Mr. Armand Lee Reyes, ISO Head of RAFI, and Mr. John Gregory Escario, CIT-U’s Vice President for Administration, were presentduring the MOU signing. RAFI and CIT-U had shown interest in becoming FLOS stakeholders during the February 22, 2024 FLOS Workshop and Actual Demonstration held at the DOST-7 Office in Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.
