A very productive initial discussion with partners from Department of Science and Technology VII RAFI - Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. Cebu Caritas and Central Visayas Network of NGOs participated by their corresponding office heads and representatives Dir. Jesus Zamora Jr, Mr. Jade Ryan T. Gadiane, Mr. Max Limpag and Mr. Enn Enn Laborte respectively.

One of the objectives of the project is to empower the Out-of-the-School-Youth (OSY) through technology learning programs. Action plans will soon be in placed on the next session meeting.
