The inventor of Locally Accessible Cloud System (LACS) Dr. Toshikazu Sakano of ATR Japan has further graced visits to the Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 7 (DICT7), Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) and AFOS Foundation (AFOS). He was honored to meet Dir. Rick Amores the Director of DICT7, Mr. Jade Ryan T. Gadiane the IT Director of RAFI and Ms Yvette Hope Labus the Project Manager of AFOS together with their corresponding teams.

Future collaborations with these organizations are on the way for another LACS implementations!
