The ISLET CONNECT social preparation for the islands of Caohagan and Pangan-an of Lapulapu City. The project aims to provide these communities a stable broadband internet connection sourced from the Gilutongan wireless hub which empowers them on sustainability towards livelihood, education and tourism.
