After months of providing free broadband internet connection to the Gilutongan island community, the project committees have finally found one innovative solution to sustain the project. This is through the COIN WIFI with very pocket-friendly rates. Its proceeds will be used for the project's monthly internet subscription and as well other operating & maintenance expenses.
